OptiCare
Controlling information costs is a priority in business, and we understand this better than anyone. With our OptiCare Service Program you can take full control over the unpredictable costs of printer problems. Our OptiCare Program gives you a fixed annual (predictable and reasonable) cost for resolution of your printer problems. The OptiCare program provides you with full service and no associated labor charges, no charges for associated parts, no travel time costs and a guaranteed same or next business day response.
SelectCare
Regularly scheduled inspections maintain peak performance of your equipment and minimize repair interruptions at critical times. That's why we offer our SelectCare preventative maintenance program. We offer three types of Preventative Maintenance contracts:
- Light Use Contracts - For printers in a clean environment, includes two 25 point cleanings and inspections per year.
- Normal Use Contracts - This includes three 25 point cleanings and inspections per year.
- Heavy Use Contracts - This includes four 25 point cleanings and inspections per year.
If you participate in our SelectCare program and purchase supplies from Automation Aids Inc, and you require a service call, you do not have to pay full price or travel costs. If a problem is discovered during a routine cleaning and inspection and is completed while our technician is on-site, you will be charged for parts only.
ServPro
Our ServPro program offers those customers who want a service technician only on those occasions when printer problems occur. We offer this time and material program incorporating the same care and 25-point inspection and diagnostic service that are standard with our other programs.

These steps enhance the life of your printer, minimize or eliminate breakdowns and improve your print quality. We Offer Refurbished Laser Printers For Sales
Ask your sales representative or call our office for printer availability and details. These printers are thoroughly refurbished to printer and factory specifications. It will be a lightly used, working printer with renewed rollers and other mechanical parts. We offer a full 3 month warranty on these printers that cover all labor and parts.
