Ben Vitelli – Customer Service Supervisor

Ben began working for Automation Aids in March of 2019 as our Customer Service Supervisor.  Before this, he graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications and quickly earned positions within other Customer Service and Management roles.  Ben has been a specialist in customer relations for over four years, three of which at a managerial level.  He offers a strong sense of reliability, problem solving, and customer satisfaction within Automation Aids and continues to build upon his skills.
