Nick Vitelli – Customer Service

Nick started working for Automation Aids in December 2019 as a Customer Service Representative.  Prior to his hiring, he graduated from Penn State University, Berks where he majored in Marketing and Management.  Nick’s experience with Management and Customer Service comes from his previous roles in the Service and Hospitality industries.  Nick applies his skills to his new role here with AAI in order to assist our customers in any way necessary.
